Under overall supervision and guidance of the UNFPA Representative, the Strategic Communications and Advocacy Analyst manages the conceptualization, planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the all communications and advocacy activities of the UNFPA Sri Lanka country office. This comprises both new and existing critical functions of the UNFPA country office in the areas of communications for impact and change, advocacy (with a focus on strategic and policy-related advocacy), partnership management and resource mobilization. He/she acts as strategic advisor to the Representative in the areas mentioned.
