This year, UNFPA Sri Lanka has joined hands with MAS Holdings to amplify efforts during 16 Days of Activism. Together, we are empowering the Women Go Beyond Champions—a group of inspiring leaders within the apparel industry—to drive change and create safer, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.

The initiative highlights the importance of private sector engagement in addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and fostering a culture of dignity and respect. By equipping these champions with the knowledge and tools to lead the way, we are building a safer tomorrow for women in the apparel sector and beyond.

Through collective action and meaningful partnerships, we continue to work towards a future where women and girls can thrive without fear of violence or discrimination.
