We hereby solicit your quotation to conduct a study to assess the barriers and stigma towards condom use in Sri Lanka as per the attached ToR – Annex B. If you are interested in submitting a quotation for the above mentioned assignment as per the ToR, kindly submit your detailed technical and financial proposal and send by email to the address indicated below not later than 02nd October 2023 on or before 5.00 pm. UNFPA will expect a credit facility of minimum 30 days.
