The consultancy aims to support the legal unit of the Ministry of Women and Child Affairs to monitor and evaluate action plans and poicies in line with the CEDAW recommendations, SDGs, the UPR, HRCSL Action Plan and other binding conventions and establish a policy unit at the Ministry.
